It is a matter of immense joy to introduce ourselves as one of renowned real estate developers in Mumbai, Thane and Pune.

In the year 1985 we have entered in a construction industry as a civil contractor by undertaking construction of residential buildings for renowned Developers in addition to construction of office and residential buildings for Government and semi Government Departments as well as residential villas for Dodsal Group in Dubai.

In the year 1996 we have launched Slum Rehabilitation which was among first five project launched under SRA scheme by Government Of Maharashtra known as ‘Kotwadi’ and presently known as Matoshree Tower, Shivaji Park Mahim.

Thereafter, we have successfully completed various projects in Dadar, Mahim, Vile-Parle, Parel, Matunga, Bandra, Mulund, Kolhapur and Pune in addition to projects under construction in these locations under different schemes and DC regulations such as open plot, redevelopment and slum rehabilitation schemes.

1. Business Development:

A team of techno-commercial and legal personnel headed by Directors having an experience of more than a decade in acquisition of properties for Development and Redevelopment. A department having a strength of ten personnel is supported by in house advocates along with experienced personnel in urban laws, Development Control Regulations and revenue guidelines as well as compliance, litigation, merger and acquisitions, contracts, and more. Based on the viability and feasibility of project Board of Directors takes decision in respect of property.

2. Planning and Designing:

Based on the potentials and marketability as per market requirement of the acquired property a team of in house four Architects & Draughtsmen explores the various options of planning and designing with the help of external agencies for approval of Board. The major attention is given on optimum utilization of space while designing the flats.  

3. Liasoning:

Communication with the entities is the key to a success in a business model. The real estate industry involves a lot of joint forces. Our in-house liasoning department comprises of twenty dedicated employees excel in co-ordination and communication are dedicated to various departments responsible for sanctioning and obtaining approvals for projects.

4. Construction

 A quality Construction is a key factor in real estate industry and Matoshree has proficiency in this subject. A team of qualified and experienced engineers are on toes for achieving quality and timely targets to the ultimate satisfaction of customers is motto of this vertical. A full flagged department of 20 personnel having expertise in engineering, procurement, vendor developers, quality control are deputed exclusively for this job in addition staff delegated to supervise on labour contractors working on sites to maintain the timelines specified strives towards completing the projects and market standards stipulated.

5. Sales & Marketing

Over a decade presence in this industry with more than 1000 satisfied customers our strength. Expert, efficient, knowledgeable and polite sales personnel’s are deputed to assist customer in all respect. In different locations of projects marketing is done through various mediums such as direct marketing and digital marketing by 18 well qualified sales and marketing staffs for the convenience of buyer.

6. Accounts and Finance

Day to day monitoring the viability of project is done by sixteen well qualified accounts and finance personals under able supervision of Chartered Accountants. A well-versed in taxation and accounts management with latest software programmes is managed.

7. Human Relation

Sourcing of qualified and suitable candidates for various vertical as well as preparing wage bills maintaining industrial relations are done by this department having a strength of five experienced and qualified staffs under supervision of HR manager.

8. Administration

A well equipped administration department is a support system for day to day activity of company. A team of Ten staff is exclusively appointed for smooth and uninterested functioning of every department.
